Flat to rent Little Paul Street, Bristol

We are 4 girls in second year looking for a 5th person to join our flat since someone has had to stop their studies unexpectedly. MUST be a student to stay in line with our tenancy agreement. We are a 5 room flat, each room is furnished and has a small double bed. The flat has 2 bathrooms which are shared and a shared kitchen and living room. The kitchen has a clothes washer-dryer and a dishwasher. We brought our own air fryer, tv, microwave, kettle that we use communally within the flat. While we do not permit smoking within the flat itself, we do have smokers living in the flat and are welcome to that sort of stuff. We all drink sometimes, and will have small groups of friends over quite regularly as we are very social, so not an ideal group for anyone who is less open to hosting small groups. We are located a 2 minute walk from UoB Arts and Social Sciences Library, with the majority of UoB lecture halls within a 10 minute walk of the building. The building we live in only accommodates students. While we all attend UoB, it is not necessary for potential flatmates to as well, we only require that you are a full time student.
