I'm looking for a new housemate to join me in my home near Victoria Park. I currently live with a friendly Kazakhstani guy. Our house is fully furnished and features a private room with a king bed, a shared living room, a shared galley kitchen, and a small rear garden. There are two shared bathrooms, one with a bath/shower and another with a toilet. The location is convenient, just a 20-minute walk to the Centre or Temple Meads. All bills, including council tax, are included. Street parking is available without a permit. I'm into music, socialising, reading, and playing board games. I'm seeking honest, tidy individuals who appreciate the occasional social outing. Please note, I may need the room back within the year due to personal circumstances.
