We are two 30-year-old female professionals looking for a female housemate aged 26-35 to join our home. We value a friendly atmosphere and enjoy occasional dinners and pub visits, while also respecting each other's space. The available bedroom is on the ground floor. Our home is a shared house with three rooms in total. We are looking for someone who will help take care of the space. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets due to allergies. Smoking is permitted. The room is available from September 7th, 2026, for a minimum term of 12 months. The deposit is £700, and bills are not included. We are seeking a professional, not a student, and references are required.
