I have a well-presented Victorian mid-terrace house with a large room available for rent (shorter stays accepted for lower rent). This room is equipped with a double bed, storage space, a table with four chairs, and a 32" smart TV. The ground floor has a shower room, and all bills are included with bedding available. The house features a washing machine and dryer, along with a bike shed in the garden. The room has blackout curtains, and the double-glazed windows ensure a good night’s sleep. Upstairs lives my family, including myself, my 12-year-old son, a friendly cat, and a Yorkshire terrier. We have a separate bath/shower room. The location is convenient for Airbus, Rolls-Royce, the MOD, and UWE Frenchay Campus, with easy on-street parking and nearby bus stops. Tesco Express is just a two-minute walk away. The house starts waking up at 7:30 am, so it’s not suitable for those who prefer a lazy morning.
