We are seeking a non-smoking professional between 22 and 30 years old, preferably male, to move into our spacious, ground-floor double room starting August 29, 2026. The house has three rooms in total, and we have lived here for nearly a year. We enjoy music, travelling, cooking, the gym, football, running, Netflix, and eating out. The property is well-connected by bus, with easy access to green spaces. We require a minimum stay of 12 months. The deposit is £576.00, and bills are not included. No couples, pets, or students, please.
