The property features large communal spaces ideal for games or dinner hosting, a freestanding bath, an additional shower, two W/Cs, and a south-east facing garden. Amenities include a fridge freezer, washing machine, and dishwasher. Located in a central, friendly neighborhood, it's a short walk to town, St Andrews park, Montpelier train station, and Gloucester Road.
Rent is £725 per room plus bills, with a £725 deposit. We are looking for considerate, long-term lodgers aged approximately 27-40 who are a good mutual fit. No pets (two indoor cats reside here), students, or couples. DSS is accepted.
Room 1 is a large, fully furnished bedroom on the 1st floor with a wardrobe, double bed, and chest of drawers. Room 2 is a large, fully furnished bedroom on the ground floor with a garden view, a king bed, and two chests of drawers.
We are Niall (36, works in tech) and Ella (29, works in mental health), who enjoy board games, food, arts & crafts, music, and dancing. We have two friendly indoor cats. We moved in a month ago and are still decorating.
