Both residents are in education as a teacher and lecturer.

The loft room is mostly furnished but can be flexible. It includes an en suite shower room, and a kettle and microwave for self-contained use. The lodger can cook downstairs if required.

Available from 1st November 2026 for a 6-month let. Viewings are available after 6 pm on weekdays and during the day on weekends. Female professionals only. Deposit required. All bills are included. No couples or time wasters.
