Description
We are three working professionals aged 26 to 34 looking for a fourth housemate to join our three-bedroom maisonette just off Gloucester Road in Bishopston. The double room is available from 2nd November 2026 at £700 per month, including all bills. It comes furnished with a bed, a large wardrobe and a blackout blind. The shared kitchen is fully equipped with cookware and appliances including a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave and air fryer, plus a dehumidifier for drying washing in winter. The living room has a beanbag, a TV and a sofa that occasional guests may sleep on. There is one shared bathroom with good water pressure, and staggered morning start times mean access is rarely an issue. We are considerate and tidy, happy to contribute to a cleaning rota, and not suitable for regular working from home. Free on-street parking and indoor bike storage are available. Shops, cafés, pubs and a Sainsbury's are within a two-minute walk, with good bus links to central Bristol. Please message us about yourself, your routine and what you are looking for.
