Both bedrooms are situated at the peaceful side/back of the house. Although technically unfurnished, both rooms include double beds, and one has a wardrobe. The location offers great access to Filton Avenue, Gloucester Road, and numerous bus links, with free street parking available. It's close to local pubs and Horfield Leisure Centre.

This is a house share with a current household of one female professional, aged 33, who is a non-smoker with no pets. She enjoys music, travelling, cooking, reading, gym, socialising, films, food, cycling, pubs, drinking, animals, coffee, concerts, and BBQs. She is looking for friendly housemates who are tidy, clean, and up for the occasional gig, pub trip, or games night. New housemates should be aged between 25 and 35, non-smokers are preferred but smoking is OK, and pets are not suitable. Students are not suitable, but references are required. Couples are not accepted.
