We have a room available in our 3-bed flat in Cotham/Redland, a 10-minute walk to Whiteladies Road and 5 minutes to Gloucester Road. You will be moving in with two girls, Lauren Louise and Abi, aged 27 and 28. Abi works as an analyst with flexible home and office working, and Lauren is a solicitor. We are looking for another professional of a similar age. We love to socialise, with dinners, pub trips, coffees and runs together, and would like someone who wants to become a friend, not just a flatmate. The room is a decent double-sized bedroom. The flat has nice open communal areas and lots of storage cupboards, and we keep the house tidy. There is a small private patio where we host BBQs and drinks. The room comes unfurnished. The tenancy starts from the first week of December. Rent is £760 plus bills, which come to around £170. Parking is permitted and split equally between whoever drives.
