Spacious double room available in a three-bedroom house share. You will be sharing with two male professionals, aged 28 and 29, who work Monday to Friday. The current housemates describe themselves as a chill household that enjoys cooking together, pub trips, park activities, watching series and films, and occasional nights out. They are looking for a new housemate around the same age with similar interests and work schedule, who is chilled out, clean, and tidy. The house is located in a great spot with several pubs within walking distance and approximately a 20-minute walk into town. North Street is on the doorstep, and Aldi, Asda, and Lidl are all a short walk away. The rent is £500 per month, with bills typically around £140 extra. The available room is upstairs at the back of the property, described as really spacious and quiet. Couples are not accepted, and while smoking is permitted, pets are not suitable. The minimum age for a new housemate is 27 and the maximum is 35. No references are required.
