The sunny, upstairs double room is furnished with a bed, wardrobe, drawers, and a bedside cabinet, with space for a desk if required. The current housemates are professionals aged 28-37 who enjoy various interests including music, travelling, cooking, socialising, running, cycling, photography, hiking, Netflix, nature, climbing, outdoors, gigs, and board games. The house has a dog, Soda, who is clean and well-behaved. The housemates enjoy communal activities like walks, cycles, board games evenings, films, music, garden BBQs, and communal cooking. The property is located in a fantastic area, a short walk to the harbourside or into town. All bills are included, with no agency fees. The live-in landlady ensures everyone feels at home and that maintenance issues are promptly addressed.
