Looking for a flatmate to join me in a lovely flat on a cobbled street with lots of murals, within easy reach by foot or bike of a big supermarket, Windmill Hill Farm, North Street, Victoria Park, Wapping Wharf and the harbour.

The biggest room is available to move into, at the same price as the smaller room. It has plenty of wardrobe space and room for a desk. The room comes without a bed or desk, but the wardrobes are already in place.

The flat has a large kitchen/diner/living room with plenty of plants, a dining table, a sofa and a good espresso machine. There is plenty of storage, so sports, camping or luggage kit won't be a problem, and there is secure bike storage in the building. Street parking is plentiful and you can easily get a permit if you have a car.

I am a 31-year-old engineer working for a renewables and cleantech company in Bristol. I mostly work from the office or on site, so you will likely have the flat to yourself to work from home during the day. I am easygoing and get along with most people.

Council tax is band B, about £87 per month. The flat is well insulated, so it does not take much heating.
