The owner will be away for six weeks over the period, so the lodger will have the whole house to themselves until mid-January, after which it becomes a house share. Two friendly cats live in the house and need affection and feeding during the owner's absence, so applicants should be cat lovers. The owner's neighbour can look after the cats for short periods if needed. The house is within walking distance of Southmead and is easy to reach Filton Airbus and the bus route along Gloucester Road to the city centre. Free on-street parking is available outside the house. The bathroom is shared, but as the lodger will be alone in the house most of the time, they will have it to themselves. A toilet is also available downstairs. Move-in is preferably a little before the owner leaves, so the property can be viewed and the cats introduced. Move-in and move-out dates are flexible, but December and early January are required.
