Description
We are looking for a new housemate to join our home. Our household consists of three professionals—a carpenter, an environmental consultant, and a non-profit director—aged 35 to 40. We share a relaxed, friendly atmosphere and enjoy interests like music, art, films, food, yoga, nature, and various sports. There is no live-in landlord. The house is available from September 1st, 2026, with a minimum 3-month contract and a 2-month notice period. The deposit is £650. All bills, including council tax, water, gas, electricity, internet, and Netflix, are included. We are looking for a housemate aged 25 to 45. Smoking is allowed, but no pets. Couples are not accepted.
