They have many interests and enjoy dancing. The ideal housemate enjoys a friendly, easy-going home with occasional chats or shared meals, while also valuing personal space and independence. Good, open communication is highly valued. The current resident has a settled routine, going to bed around 10pm, and values good sleep and consideration for routines, especially regarding noise after 10pm. Normal evening life is fine, but regular late-night activity or very early starts are not a great fit. Rent is currently £625 per month, with a potential increase to £725 from August 2027. The room is offered at a reduced rent, and the Wi-Fi arrangement may change, potentially requiring a separate arrangement at around £30 per month. A small, friendly hypoallergenic dog may be considered, but no cats due to allergies. Couples may be considered at a higher rate, depending on compatibility.
