I'm looking for a friendly, sociable and easygoing housemate to share my new-build, top-floor 2-bedroom apartment in the Brislington area of South Bristol. Ideally you'll enjoy a chat and dinner with a glass of wine now and then, while still respecting each other's space and routines. I'm flexible on move-in, with mid-November as the advertised date but end-November also possible.

The flat is quiet, not roadside, with an open-plan kitchen and living area that leads onto a balcony, great natural light and lovely summer sunsets.

The room is a spacious, furnished double bedroom with a mirrored wardrobe, white chest of drawers and double bed with under-bed storage. It has its own private ensuite bathroom with a shower and bathtub.

Location and extras: excellent bus links with the nearest stop a 5-minute walk away, around 10-25 minutes by car to Temple Meads, Bedminster, the city centre and Clifton depending on traffic, free parking, bike storage, a fortnightly cleaner for communal areas, and Netflix, Disney and Amazon Prime. All bills are included.

Rent is £800 per month, all-inclusive.
