You'll also have access to a personal storage room and a shared storage room. The flat is bright and spacious, with a large living room, a separate kitchen, and a garden with a patio ideal for BBQs. The room is unfurnished, while the flat comes furnished. It is located in a quiet residential area, a short walk to the city center with pubs and cafes nearby, and street parking is available with a permit. I'm Becky, 32, and I work full-time.
