We are looking for a new housemate to join our flat. The home is split over two levels, with the kitchen and living room downstairs and bedrooms upstairs. It comes fully furnished, though the available bedroom is unfurnished (the current housemate may sell their bed and mattress). We have a washer and dryer. We are two female professionals, aged 24 and 25, who enjoy cooking, films, and socialising. We are looking for a female professional aged 23–30 who is friendly and tidy. The rent is £666.66 per month, with bills (approx. £100–£150) excluded. The minimum tenancy is 6 months, with the option to stay indefinitely. Move-in is available from next week. No students, couples, smokers, or pets, please.
