I am looking for a lodger to share my high-spec, luxury penthouse apartment. The available double room comes furnished with a large built-in wardrobe. You will have a private bathroom located directly next door, which also features its own access to the large wrap-around terrace. The rent includes all bills, such as council tax, water, energy, broadband, and Sky TV. A parking space is available for an additional £175 per month. The minimum term is 6 months, though shorter lets are considered. A deposit of £1,000 is required. I am a 47-year-old male professional in an LGBT household. I am looking for a male flatmate aged 30-60 who is a non-smoker, has no pets, and is not a student. References are required. Available from August 1st, 2026.
