My flatmate is moving out to live with her partner, so I am looking for someone to move into our 2-bedroom flat from 1st December. My current flatmate and I have made the flat a real home together, and I would love to continue that with whoever moves in. We enjoy occasional movie nights, catching up over a glass of wine and having a good natter, while also respecting each other's space and independence. I am hoping to find someone with a similar outlook: a friendly, considerate professional who enjoys a tidy space to come home to and is happy to help keep the flat feeling homely. Someone who works outside the home would suit best, as there is not quite enough room for two desks. The flat is just off Gloucester Road by the arches, about a 20-minute walk from town, with lots of pubs and cafes nearby and on-road parking available. The room is on the smaller side but comfortably fits a double bed. It is unfurnished, so you can make it your own. I am sociable and enjoy wild swimming, CrossFit, hiking, pubs and trying new things. I would love to live with someone who is up for a friendly chat and the occasional shared evening.
