We're looking for a fifth housemate to join our three-storey terraced home in Bristol. This light and welcoming house features five bedrooms, a spacious living room, and a large shared kitchen with two fridge/freezers, a dishwasher, and a washing machine. It also has a private garden, one WC downstairs, and two bathrooms on the upper floors. We're a friendly group of four: Jack, a lighting designer; Libby, a civil servant; Amy, an assistant psychologist; and Jasmine, a business consultant. We value a balance of social activities and personal space. The rent is £550 with a deposit of £692 split among us. Bills average around £100. We're seeking someone to move in around August 1.
