Three friendly professionals are seeking a fourth housemate for their new home. They have just had their offer accepted and are nearing the move-in date of August 4th. The current household comprises Ella, a Fine Art graduate and Morrisons employee; Alex, a Computer Science graduate and pizza chef; and Oli, a chef with a degree in English Literature. They are all easy-going and enjoy pub outings and music. The available room is the smallest (single) and priced at £400 per month, excluding bills. A deposit of £889.42 is required. They prefer a considerate, tidy person, ideally another female to maintain balance, but are open to all. This household is suitable for professionals only, with no pets or smoking allowed.
