This friendly, clean bungalow offers two furnished rooms for rent. Room 1 is a large double (6m x 4m) for £855/month, and Room 2 is a double (4m x 4m) with a large built-in wardrobe for £755/month. Both rooms share a large family bathroom and the kitchen/diner. The price includes council tax, gas, electric, water, internet, and reasonable use of the washing machine and tumble dryer. We are looking for a tidy, non-smoking/vaping lodger who enjoys dogs, as there are two well-behaved small dogs in the home. The household is quiet and overnight visitor-free. Outside, there is a 30ft enclosed garden for your use. Plenty of road parking is available. We prefer a full-time worker who is out during the day. Minimum stay is 3 months, with a £350 deposit.
