We are looking for a lodger to share our spacious, stylish family home. The available room is located on the top floor, offering privacy and gorgeous views. You will have exclusive use of the bathroom on that floor, while the kitchen and living room are shared spaces. We have a lovely Irish Terrier and are open to discussing a rent reduction if you are willing to help with the dog occasionally. The household consists of four professionals, and we are looking for a female housemate. Smoking and pets are not permitted. Bills are included, and a deposit of £250 is required. The room is available from September 1st, 2026, with a minimum stay of three months.
