It is located at the end of North Street, a 10-minute walk to Wapping Warf and a 15-minute walk to the town centre. The flat is spread across one floor, with a large, shared living room/kitchen open to all flatmates.

The available room is a double bedroom with plenty of light, space for storage/clothes, a private bathroom, your own fridge/freezer, and ample cupboard space in the kitchen. The room comes unfurnished, with only small items like a bedside table and bookshelf included. There is an option to buy the previous double bed frame from the previous tenant.

We are looking for a working professional, aged 30 or older, male or female, to join us. No full-time remote working. Current flatmates are Jack (32) and James (41), both working professionals who enjoy a social yet respectful living environment. They maintain a clean and tidy flat and welcome someone who does the same. They enjoy adding personal touches to the flat, such as house plants.

Rent is £697.50 all-inclusive. On-street parking is available. The room will be available from 9th November 2026.
