Larger shopping centres are a 5-minute drive away.
The house currently has two working men living there. The atmosphere is quiet and friendly. We are looking for one quiet, responsible, and tidy person, preferably working, who plans to stay long-term and respects the shared spaces and other housemates. No parties or loud gatherings.
House rules: The room is for one person only, no pets, no smoking inside, rent must be paid on time, and shared areas must be kept clean.
