Starting September 1st, 2026, we are renting out a quiet double room in our family home. The room is located at the back of the house, offering privacy away from our bedrooms. You will share a bathroom, which includes a bath and shower, with the family. There is an additional toilet downstairs. Our home features a large kitchen, a spacious lounge, and a medium-sized garden that receives sun throughout the day. We are a family with two children (aged 12 and 15) and a friendly dog that barks when the door opens. We are looking for a female housemate who is comfortable with dogs and prefers a peaceful environment. Bills are included in the rent, and a deposit of £750 is required. We are non-smokers and prefer a non-smoking housemate.
