Double bedroom with a lovely view in a recently refurbished, modern, super clean, quiet house in leafy Shirehampton village, close to Bristol town centre. This cul-de-sac location offers great transport links in and out of Bristol and is close to motorways, ideal for commuting if you want to be somewhere quiet but with easy access to amenities. The local high street and public transport are within a few minutes' walk.

There are resident cats and I'm a live-in landlady, with all really chilled housemates!

The bedroom is a good-sized double with a comfy mattress and bedding, wardrobe, and chest of drawers, blackout blind, plus curtains. I have towels and bedsheets if needed.

The upstairs bathroom has a bath plus shower, basin, and toilet.

Downstairs is a modern fully fitted kitchen with everything you need for cooking. The living room is modern and comfortable with industrial/retro furniture, TV, Bluetooth speaker, and a dining room. The terraced garden leads out from large sliding patio doors with steps down to the garden and a private parking space (currently used by a resident). The back entrance is used more than the front door!

I work from home and have a reasonably good social life, and it would be great to find someone similar so we can chill together at times but also have our own space when the other is out. If you like house music and are a creative type, then we will get along, but that’s not essential of course! Oh, and I’m vegan but not preachy, so a veggie/vegan housemate would be amazing, but failing that, just someone respectful of this.
