Free on-street parking is available, and a baby cot and high chair can be provided. One pet is welcome by prior arrangement for £300 per stay, and a second can join for an additional £100.
There is plenty of space downstairs to set up a working station, complemented by fast Wi-Fi for seamless video calls and streaming.
This is a quiet residential street, so parties and loud music are not allowed, and only guests listed on the booking may stay. CCTV covers the outdoor areas only. Guests should be comfortable with stairs as the bedrooms are upstairs.
Conveniently located just off Gloucester Road, with independent shops, cafés and restaurants within walking distance. Southmead Hospital is minutes away, and Filton Abbey Wood station is nearby, with trains to Bristol Temple Meads. Quick access to the M32, M4 and M5 makes exploring Bristol and beyond effortless, with the city centre a short drive away.
