Weekly cleaning duties are expected from flatmates, including dishwasher unloading, bin management, vacuuming communal areas, and cleaning bathrooms and kitchen sinks. The kitchen is fully equipped with shared facilities. Bedding can be provided. Rent includes bills such as council tax, water, gas, electricity (up to reasonable usage), TV licence, and internet. Bike storage is available inside the entrance area, provided it doesn't obstruct passage. There is no off-street parking, but residence permits or free on-street parking are available during specific hours on weekdays, and all day on weekends and bank holidays.
