The house is kept clean and tidy, and the current household consists of two female professionals aged 25 to 40. We are looking for a new housemate aged between 25 and 41, preferably female. Smoking and pets are not permitted, and the room is not suitable for couples or families with children. The room is available from August 15th, 2026, for a minimum term of 6 months and a maximum of 12 months. The deposit is £600, and some bills are included. The house is conveniently located near a bus stop with a 30-minute connection to the city center, and close to local shops.
