We are also a 2 minute walk from the Clifton Village bus stop. The room will be available from 21st October 2026. WiFi is included and paid by the landlord. Council tax is around £100 per person per month, and other bills (gas, electric, water, etc.) come to roughly £100 per person per month. Iâ€m 25, work in the legal sector, and travel most weekends. I work from home a few days a week and like to keep the flat clean and tidy. Iâ€m very relaxed but also enjoy chats and hanging out. I really value a calm, homely atmosphere where we can both be super comfortable.
