We are a married couple looking for a friendly professional to rent our spacious basement en-suite room in our home. The room is large and private, with its own en-suite bathroom. It is on the lower ground floor, with a light tunnel bringing in daylight. All the furniture was bought new. We've also fitted ventilation fans and a premium dehumidifier to keep the space comfortable year-round. You'll share the kitchen, utility and living room with us. The living room is bright and airy, and we've got a projector set up for film nights. We have the second floor as our bedroom and office, so there's a nice balance between shared space and privacy. We have a very friendly golden retriever, so you'll need to like dogs. We're ideally looking for someone we get on with, someone we could grab dinner with, head to the pub with, walk the dog, or maybe play some sport together. We're after someone tidy, easy-going and sociable, who enjoys a calm but friendly household. On-street parking is available via resident permit. This is an initial 6-month let, open to extending if it works well for everyone.
