Ideal for someone visiting Bristol briefly or needing accommodation while searching for a longer-term home. The room looks out onto the garden and is furnished with a double bed, bedside table, shelves, chest of drawers, desk and built-in wardrobe. A bus stop nearby takes you to the centre in 15 to 20 minutes (no. 5) and onward to Clifton Village; cycling to Castle Park takes around 15 minutes. There is space for a car on the driveway, but on-street parking is not permitted. Open spaces such as Nightingale Valley and St Anne's Park are close by, and St George's Park is 10 minutes by bike. Preferably aged 28+, not working from home, easygoing; mature and PhD students welcome. Friend or family dogs may stay occasionally for short periods, so not suitable for anyone who dislikes dogs or is allergic. Available from early January, possibly a little earlier.
