A friendly household is seeking a professional woman to rent a large, fully furnished room featuring a king-size bed and ample storage. All bills, including fast Wi-Fi, are covered. Tenants will have shared use of the kitchen and bathroom, with an additional downstairs toilet. The lounge is available by prior arrangement, and a lovely sunny garden can be enjoyed. Visitors are permitted, with overnight stays limited to once a week. On-street parking is available, and transport links are frequent. Bristol city centre is approximately 30 minutes by bus, and Patchway train station is 10 minutes away. A new train station is set to open around November at the Brabazon new development. Local amenities include Sainsbury's Local (5-minute walk), Aldi (15 minutes), Cribbs Causeway Mall (15 minutes), and UWE (20 minutes by bus).

About me: I am easy-going and enjoy arts, creative pursuits, gigs, and travel. I work from home up to four days a week, excluding weekends.

Who I'm looking for: Ideally, a professional woman, preferably over 30 and a non-smoker. As I work from home, I prefer someone who works away from home.
