Description
We have one unfurnished double room opening up in our big old house in Bishopston, just around the corner from Gloucester Road and St Andrews Park. The house has a large front room, a decent-sized kitchen, a dining room, a garden, a utility room and two communal bathrooms, one with a bath and one with a shower. The room is available from 23 November. We are four housemates in our late 20s to 30s who enjoy a friendly, communal home: evenings in the lounge, weekly veggie dinners we take turns cooking, occasional trips to gigs and dancing, and a shared commitment to keeping the house clean, tidy and calm. Rent is £480 per month plus roughly £140 for bills (council tax, electricity, gas, TV licence and WiFi), with a deposit of £400. We are looking for a professional who shares our values inside and outside the house. Viewings are on 1, 2 and 3 November.
