We are looking for one more flatmate to renew our tenancy with in this 3 bedroom house. One bedroom is available and can include a bedframe and mattress if wanted. The house features a driveway/parking space, a cosy, clean, and furnished living room and kitchen, a conservatory, a lovely garden, and 2 shared bathrooms/toilets. The location is excellent, a 5-7 minute walk to Temple Meads Station and a 15-minute walk into the city centre. It is also a 15-minute walk to Castle Park, 10 minutes to Old Market, and a 7-minute walk to the local Sainsburys.
We are two girls in our mid-20's looking for another female working professional around a similar age to join us. You will need to be earning at least £24,000 and must not be a student (also no smokers please). We’re looking for someone who wants to spend time together as a flat – like movie nights and occasional flat meals, but we’re both easygoing and happy to enjoy our own time to chill as well.
