Room 1, the Garden Room, is on the ground floor with a small double bed, storage options, and a private loo nearby. Room 2, The Spare Room, is on the first floor, overlooking the garden, with new carpet and a full double bed, wardrobe, and drawers. All bills are included, parking is on-street, and there is flexibility on move-in dates.
