St George's Park, with its tennis courts, lake, and open spaces, is a 5-minute walk away. The city centre is a 10-minute cycle or bus ride, or a 25-minute walk. The current household consists of two females and one male, aged 24-28, all professionals and non-smokers with no pets. The new housemate should be a professional aged 22-30, not a student, non-smoker, and not in a couple, with no pets. All bills are included, and a cleaner visits every two weeks. Minimum term is none.
