We are a couple, Zoonii and Ollie, with our nibling Blue and a small dog named Declan. We are a little family who share food often, take care of each other, party and rest together. Our food is veggie/vegan and we do not bring meat into the home. Cleanliness and low waste are important to all of us. We are live-in landlords who bought the flat this year. A double bedroom is available furnished, with a shared bathroom. The flat has a big garden, an indoor bike store and step-free access from the street. The rent is £625 with bills included, plus £56 share of council tax, and includes communal cleaning supplies and household subscriptions. A lodgers agreement is possible on a rolling monthly basis. The room is available from January, with no specific date. We are looking for someone who likes to take care of their home, wants to live with a dog, wants to spend time with flatmates, is vegan and is queer.
