Description
Welcome to our lovely home. We have lived here for four years and have developed a strong bond with the area and our previous tenants, who are now good friends. Currently, there are four of us: homeowners Esme and Ben, along with their housemate Pat. Dan will be moving to Australia, leaving a large double bedroom free by the end of July. The house features four bedrooms, with the available room next to a shared bathroom, shared only with Pat, as Esme and Ben have an ensuite upstairs. Rent includes bills, and we have fortnightly cleaners. Additionally, there's a garden art studio, primarily used for bikes and surfboards. We're also excited about getting a Jack Russell puppy in July. We're looking for a compatible housemate, preferably aged 28-34, who shares our interests in sports and outdoor activities. **
