Friendly, sociable house share seeking a new housemate for a 4-bedroom terraced house in St George, Bristol. The house is opposite St George's Park, with easy access to the city centre and nature spots such as Troopers Hill, Conham River Park and St Anne's Woods. Aldi, cafes, restaurants and pubs are a short walk along Church Road. Downstairs there is a lounge with a TV and record player, a large dining room, and a well-equipped kitchen with a 7-ring gas hob. Working from home is possible downstairs, or a desk can be provided. There is a sunny patio out the back suitable for BBQs in summer. Bills are around £100-150 per person per month, covering utilities, wifi, council tax and water. The room is unfurnished with built-in wardrobes and storage and comes with a mattress; a bed frame, mattress topper and desk are available for a small fee. The contract is monthly rolling with a one-month minimum stay, and the room is vacant from 1st November, with tenancy starting as soon as possible, hopefully mid to late November. The housemates are a 27-year-old project manager, a 29-year-old surveyor and a 25-year-old tutor training in outdoor education, all working from home to varying degrees.
