I'm moving to London, and I'm looking for someone to replace me in this spacious top-floor flat. It has plenty of natural light and is shared with a chill housemate named Jack. The flat consists of two rooms, and currently, there is one other flatmate. Jack is 29 years old, non-smoker, and has no pets. The new flatmate can be anyone, as there are no preferences regarding gender or occupation, but couples and pets are not allowed. Smoking is permitted. The flat will be available from August 1, 2026, with no minimum or maximum term required. A deposit is not needed, but bills are not included in the rent.
