This is a non-smoking house with no pets allowed. The housemates are professionals aged between 27 and 30, interested in music, travelling, socialising, films, photography, board games, painting, plants, dinner, being active, activism, and d&d. The household is LGBT-friendly.

New housemate preferences include a minimum age of 25 and a maximum age of 40. Couples are not accepted, and smoking is permitted. Pets are not suitable for this house. The preferred gender for the new housemate is female.
