I have a large, unfurnished room available in my house for £550 per month, with all bills included. The room can be furnished if required. The house features a spacious garden and two bathrooms. I am looking for a new housemate to join our current household of three (two females, one male, aged 25-32). We are an LGBT-friendly home that values a sociable and supportive environment. We enjoy semi-communal living, such as shared dinners, but respect personal space. We are clean and tidy. DSS is accepted. Couples and smokers are welcome, though no pets please. The minimum stay is one month. We are looking for someone aged between 23 and 35 to join our home.
