A University of Bristol undergraduate student is looking to move out of their accommodation at 115 Queens Road and find a replacement tenant. They are looking for a first-year UoB undergraduate student who is eligible to live in halls and would be interested in taking over their room.

This is a flat share with 8 rooms in total. The current household consists of 4 females and 4 males, aged 18 to 25. No smokers or pets are allowed in the current household, and the language spoken is English. All occupants are students.

New flatmate preferences include: no couples, smoking is yes, pets are suitable, students only, no references required, and a minimum age of 18. There is no gender preference for the new flatmate.

The room is available from 26th September 2026 for a minimum and maximum term of 9 months. The deposit is £0.00 and bills are included.
