You will share the bathroom, kitchen, and garden. The kitchen is spacious for cooking and relaxing. The living room is primarily a therapy workspace, though occasional use can be agreed upon. I am a holistic psychotherapist working from home, so a peaceful, quiet environment is essential. I am looking for a respectful, clean, and easygoing housemate who values a harmonious home. Rent is £625 per month, including all bills, with a £650 deposit. The minimum stay is six months. No pets or couples, please. I am a smoker, though not in communal areas.
