One car can park for free. Pets are welcome by prior arrangement, with a £300 fee per stay for one pet and an additional £100 for a second pet, up to two pets per stay.

The property is strictly no parties and no loud music, and smoking is not allowed. Guests must agree to the Terms & Conditions before arrival and provide photo ID, a driver's licence or a passport, which must match the name used for the booking. CCTV operates in the outdoor areas. Breaches may lead to a 24/7 security team being called, eviction, forfeiture of the deposit and the remaining stay, and fines or charges.
A 5-minute walk from Cribbs Causeway, with shops, restaurants, a cinema and a main bus terminal. The Wave surf lake and the YTL Arena are a short drive away. Aztec West Business Park is nearby, and the M4/M5 junction and Bristol Parkway Station are both about 5 minutes by car. Bristol Airport is roughly 35 minutes away by car.
