We are looking for a housemate to join us in our 3-bedroom house with a garden backing onto the river. This is a single furnished bedroom available for £500 per week, including bills (water, electricity, gas, council tax, and wifi).

The house features a large living room with a working fireplace, and an open-plan kitchen and dining room with a wood burner and sofa. There is one shared bathroom with a bathtub and shower. The garden is a lovely natural space.

This house is ideal for someone seeking a kind, quiet, creative, homely, and friendly environment. We value respect, kindness, and communication, and are open to sharing meals and activities occasionally. We are open to vegans and vegetarians but meat is cooked in the house.

No working from home full-time, but hybrid is acceptable. This is not a party house and pets are not allowed. Couples are accepted, and we are looking for individuals over 25 years old. LGBTQ+ friendly.

One of the housemates offers massage treatments from home on Thursdays and Saturdays in the living room, so quietness and mindfulness are requested during these times.

Current housemates are Yasin (engineer and dancer), Edwina (massage therapist and dance artist), and Shaun (somatic therapist, poet, dancer). Ages range from 28 to 39. One housemate smokes.

New housemate preferences: Minimum age 29. Couples are not accepted. Smoking is okay. No pets. References are not required. No gender preference.

Available from 26th October 2026 for a minimum of 1 month and a maximum of 3 months. Short lets are considered. Deposit is £200.00. Bills are included.
